Description
The Extra XL Water Damage Drying System is a higher-capacity commercial water damage restoration equipment package designed for hotels, property managers, facilities teams, commercial property owners, and restoration professionals who need additional drying and air-filtration capacity for larger or multiple-area water incidents.
Water emergencies can affect more than one room or area at a time. A significant plumbing failure, burst pipe, HVAC leak, flooding event, or other water intrusion can quickly create multiple areas requiring coordinated drying.
The Extra XL system combines two LGR dehumidifiers, twelve air movers, and two HEPA air scrubbers to provide a larger equipment configuration for demanding water-damage response applications.
The system provides additional dehumidification, air movement, and air-filtration capacity compared with the Basic and Complete packages, making it the highest-capacity package in the Airflow Go water damage drying system lineup.

2 × XPOWER XD-85L2 LGR Commercial Dehumidifiers
The XD-85L2 is a commercial LGR dehumidifier designed for restoration and remediation applications.
Each unit provides:
- 85 pints/day water removal capacity at AHAM conditions (80°F, 60% RH)
- Up to 145 pints/day at saturation conditions (90°F, 90% RH)
- 180 CFM rated airflow
- Automatic speed control
- Built-in purge pump
- 40-ft drainage hose
- Digital control panel for monitoring humidity and operating time

With two XD-85L2 units included, the package provides two independent LGR dehumidifiers that can be deployed in different affected areas when appropriate.

4 × XPOWER X-39AR Axial Air Movers
Four X-39AR axial air movers provide additional high-volume airflow for appropriate drying and ventilation applications.
The additional axial air movers increase the overall equipment capacity of the Extra XL package and provide greater flexibility when multiple areas require airflow at the same time.
2 × XPOWER X-2580 4-Stage HEPA Air Scrubbers
Two HEPA air scrubbers provide additional air-filtration capacity during appropriate restoration, cleanup, and remediation activities.
The air scrubbers can be deployed in different affected areas when appropriate, providing greater flexibility for larger or multi-area applications.
