Warranty
XPOWER Canada offers a 1-year limited warranty on most XPOWER products.
To be eligible for warranty coverage, your XPOWER product must be purchased from XPOWER Canada's authorized Canadian reseller network.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship when the product has been used as intended. Coverage is for 1 year from the date of original purchase (or, for purchases from Airflow Go, from the date the item was delivered).
The warranty includes parts, labour and one-way shipping within Canada.
The warranty does not apply to pet dryers purchased for home use, electric dusters, individual parts, accessories, scented beads, refurbished items, or normal wear-and-tear parts such as brushes in pet dryers and pressurized wall-cavity dryers.
Buying from an authorized Canadian reseller matters. If warranty eligibility, Canadian support and long-term serviceability are important to you, we strongly recommend purchasing your XPOWER equipment from Airflow Go or another authorized Canadian XPOWER reseller.
