I was impressed with the quick response with any questions I might have had. The item I wanted had been identified as being out of stock with 4+ weeks lead time of coming back in. I was told if I prepaid then I would get it as soon as it became available. To my surprise 10 days later the item had been delivered to my home. Thank you for over delivering on your promise! The heating element was easy to install and works better then new. I might order a few more to have on standby incase my dryer loses heat again.
