Upon purchase, I recieved what seemed to be a used unit that does not resemble the images in the online store. The Filter already has dust in it, I even sent them images as proof. I emailed support, and let them know, only for them to tell me that this was how they are supposed to look. And they claimed they would send me a new filter in Febuary 2023. I recieved 0 filters or communication from this company thereafter.

Purchased to replace compressed air and it does a great job. Cleaned out 2 PCs and it really got a lot of dust out. The build is solid and hoping it lasts a lifetime. Spend some extra now but never have to buy compressed air again!
